Infrastructure projects rarely stall for lack of ambition — they stall because the capital case is not yet credible to the parties who would fund it. Alka Power works on that problem: defining the capital requirement and project economics, strengthening the business case and documentation, and coordinating engagement with aligned investors, DFIs and lenders. This is a financing advisory role. Alka Power does not perform civil construction, and engagement is subject to due diligence and mandate qualification.
